I can't help but feel hurt? I know I broke his heart but what am i suppose to do, I care about him a lot and I do want to be his friend.
Advice please... I really don't want to lose him :\Teens I really could use some advice, I know i hurt him but...?
When he replied ';What is there to say?'; he means that he wants you to like pour out your feelings on the problem. So, you should just really say what you feel and if you're hurt and that you don't want to lose him, I'm sure he'd feel the same way. If you don't reply or talk to him anymore, your friendship will fade away and feelings will get lost. I'm sure you don't want that to happen, be like I don't want to hurt you and just tell him everything you feel, i know it's not easy to do so, but trust me it will so help and clear thing out. and you said that you guys are really good friends, so it shouldn't be as hard after a bit of trust. Good Luck :)Teens I really could use some advice, I know i hurt him but...?
you have to convince that relationship has to work for the both of you and not just for one person. i think it would be better though, if you never bring up the subject ever again. next time you see him, just pretend you two never went out. if he brings it up, don't spend too much time talking about it.
if i can give you some advice for the future, never date your friends. especially your best friends.
You have to give him time to heal. So just don't speak about it like he said! When he wants to talk then he'll talk.
don't text him talk to him in person.
Life Lesson #6- You can never be friends with an ex
You might be civil, you might be acquaintances, and you may even end up hanging out, likely in groups, from time to time a looong time after your breakup. But you will never be friends. When a relationship turns into a romantic one, there is no going back. Once you've taken that step, you can't undo it.
He'll be fine. If you're really concerned tell his friends or his parents or a school counselor when school is back in session. Remember, there is such a thing as emotional blackmail, which is super cruel.
As for talking to him, give him space. Thats what you both need right now. If you want to be civil to one another one day, give him space now.
Poor guy! He's definitely hurt, and I think that he's either not talking to you because he think it'll just increase the pain that he's feeling, and/or he wants you to be worried about him, and he wants you to feel the hurt that he feels as well.
Did you tell him that you care about him, and want to be his friend? If you haven't, let him know that. Otherwise, maybe leave him alone for one or two days, and then try talking to him again. And make sure you let him know that you're worried about him. It'll show that you in fact do care about him. Good luck ! :)
