The best thing you can do is finish your education, get a job and take care of your responsibility. I had my first child at 18 and my second at 22 after I got married. I was out of high school but I went on to take college classes, get a decent job and support my kids. You can too. I am just finishing college, but it's never too late. Don't let anyone speak negatively to you; we all make mistakes, it's what you do with the rest of your life and if you continue to make that same mistakes that is the issue. It will not be easy. You may even want to find a support group, even if it has to be an online one. If you are out of high school, looking into taking classes online so that you can continue your education at a more convenient pace.
