His name is Ryan...he stares at me A LOT on the bus. He usually sits by me if there is no empty seat......when if he wanted to he could have sat by tons of other girls he knew that were sitting alone. His old girlfriend..a.k.a my friend rode home with me and she kept staring everywhere....so he could've seen her face...but he didn't notice her.....because he was staring at me...and when I noticed and looked at him..he kinda kept his gaze for like about 10 seconds.

I would guess from what you said, he probably does have an attraction to you. Most likely he's kinda shy. Try starting a conversation with him about something you may have in common. See how things develop from there.
Yeah, it sounds like he does... a lot but, is too nervous, scared... whatever, to do anything.

well you never really know when a guy likes you intill you ask him yourself but it sounds pretty good to me. the best way to ask him if he likes you is to ASK HIM YOURSELF dont ask your friends to ask him and dont just ask him kind of get into conversation and then just do your thing
Sounds like he likes you. Here's a big tip for all girls out there. Just go up the guy and ask him, ';Do you like me?'; He will probably say yes and then you can become friends because you sound too young to be dating.
yeah he can still like you maybe he is too shy to ask you out and ur friends with his ex so maybe he is being considerate of your friendship....you should ask your friend for advice and see if she is okay with you liking him and he liking you...good luck !!!
