Thanks!Advice. Teen Pregnancy. Help?
I am very impressed with your questions and I hope not too many people give you a hard time about your age because well you have made your decision and you seem to be mature about it.

1. I LOVE LOVE LOVE the name very sweet and it runs well together when you say it.

2. The first 6 months with a baby is very hard you don't want to make a big move by moving in with eachother and then possibly break up and have to move out, waiting a little bit is a very good idea

3. First toys is easy, soft toys she can put in her mouth, vibrant colours, rattles. Clothes, sleepers with booties, diaper shirts, caps, its getting colder so make sure you are ready. I had 10 newborn outfits because you need to change them often then about three 3-6 month outfits because they grow FAST and one 6-9 month outfits just to make sure I was prepared.

I bought most of my sons clothes second hand from thrift stores or other mom's it was ver inexpensive and when he grew out of them I donated them to churches and low income orgnaizations which made me feel goodAdvice. Teen Pregnancy. Help?
1. I think that is a beautiful name! Congrats on being a new mommy! = )

2. I would say you are right. If you have to just stay with family until you are ready to handle it on your own. Trust me, I had my first at 19 and had years of baby experience and still had many things I needed help with and didn't know about.

3. As far as clothes go, don't go overboard. I did with my first and she never even wore many of them. I gave away tons of clothes with tags on because she never got to them. I bought a bunch of onesies and they worked great because they spit up a lot and such and you dont want them to ruin good clothes. Toys - They really dont play with toys until they hit around 6 or more months. By then you can play it by ear t determine which ones interest the baby. A good mobile is best for a newborn and that's about it. They are really more interested in sleeping and mommy and other family at first. And many of the items you may think you need (changing table, diaper genie, wipes warmer, etc) you really might not even use. Ask other moms and they'll tell you if they used it or not. Or have family go with you and tell you their experiences with what items you may be interested in buying. Other moms are the best to question. = )

Once again, good luck and congrats! And I commend you on thinking this through! = )
I'm really proud of you =)

If your parents don't mind you living with them.. it's spacious enough.. and they will help you until you get the hang of it.. take advantage of that!! Then after a couple months, move in with your boyfriend and have him visit in the meantime. I think you two will be overwhelmed in the beginning but if you have been together for a while and you have no support then ya, do it! When you are 7 months, have a babyshower and invite anyone you have ever met. First, get a bassinet/crib/changing table (search craigslist but YOU DON'T GO WITH HIM TO PICK IT UP!! There are too many weirdos that will literally try getting that baby any way they can..while your pregnant! Also go to tons of yardsales) Then get burping clothes, bottles that are BPA free Avent ones are the best in my opinion, bottle warmer, onesies, socks, cute dresses of course and bows!, powder formula! then when you go somewhere just put water in the bottles and put the formula in them so you don't have to worry about warming it up!

Hope I helped!
1. i like that name.

2. I would move in , he is stepping up as the dad, and taking responsiblility you can still have the baby and everything there. privacy too which is great more space for the 3 of you.

3. well i am 6 month and i have the crib , clothes lots of clothes, and blankets thats it for right now but when i go out sometimes i do go shopping for more lol.

if you want you can IM me at greenstar_47@yahoo.com and i can help further
1. That's a cute name :)

2. Yeah you could move in, but ask your mom or someone to stay with you guys until you can handle the baby alone.

3. The best thing concerning what you should buy first are the basics. A crib - Mattress %26amp; Bedding, Bottles or if you're beast feeding some breast pumps, Stroller %26amp; Carseat combo, Swaddle blankets, Pacifires, Clothes, Baby monitor, Baby gate, Baby swing, Highchair, Bottle cleaner, you could buy some toys but the baby wont really play with them.. Hmm I'm not sure what else :)
The names cute! Not too bad its common but very pretty. I like it!

I can understand why you would want to wait a few months til you've got a handle on the whole parenting thing and its not a matter of right or wrong its what you feel comfortable doing.

Girl get everything! lol Toys,Clothes,Bottles(if your not going to breastfeed) Crib, Diapers. I always think you can NEVER get too much for your baby.

Hope this helped and best of luck hun! :D
I had a baby at 21 and I am soooooo happy that I lived with my mom for the first year. Even though I knew a lot about baby care (My mom had a baby when I was 17.) It was nice to know that I was never alone.

The name is great. As far as what to buy now, skip the toys until the baby is 3-4 months old. Buy bottles diapers and clothes now.
congrats first of all

1) love the name my little girls middle name will be the same

2)Yes it is a good idea to wait and see if you can handle being teenage parents, also its gotta get approved buy your prarents sinc eyou are 16

3)newborns-3 months don't really need toys so focus on cloths diapers and formula. Don't go nuts buying newborn items. they grow out of them fast
1. love the name

2. you're completely right...i still live with my parents.

3. onesies, diapers, wipes, weather appropriate clothes(for when then baby is born), i say get all the necessities first. i'm 17 and im about to pop any day..and i have everything she needs. she has some extra stuff some people have given me. and my parents are helping me out ALOT!

but considering age and the fact that you might have a job...get only what she needs first..
Cute name.

Teething rings. rattles. pacifiers. Lots of onsies and footies. Swaddle. carseat crib or bassonette. bottles. Night light. Pack n play. Jumper. bouncer. front carrier or potatoe sack carrier. stroller. diapers. SOCKS. changing table. a stuffed animal stuffed with cotten and NO hard eyes. A boppy pillow if breastfeeding. Infant bathtub and washing supplies. monitors. diaper bag.

Goodluck%26lt;3
Well, it's very smart to wait until you know for sure that you can fully handle it being just the three of you.

I'd start shopping around for some supplies. Crib, car seat, etc.

Clothes are a good idea, just not too many of one size.
1. very nice :) i like it :) congrats btw

2. yeh i agree plus it will mean that if u both feel that you need an hour or so to have some chill out time. im sure ur parents or whoever you are staying with could child mind for a few hours or whatever. but then again its your life. but i would stay where there are people that are going to support and look after you whne your feeling low or worried or whatever.

3.get the necessitiys first :)

good luck i hope you have a happy and healthy child

xxxx
clothing, formula and diapers/ wipes should be number 1. The baby will not need any toys for a while unless you count a swing and bouncy seat as a toy. (which can be life savers if you are cleaning)
1. Maya is a pretty name but not when spelled 'Mya'

2. Yes, wait until the baby is a little older and you don't need your parent's help anymore.

3. Food, diapers, clothing, and baby furnature.
Cute name and good idea.

Buy crib diapers bottles formula or maby a pump if you're breastfeeding. Lots of onsies maby a swing and bouncer and jumper and stuff those are LIFE SAVERS. Lol..

Good luck and congrats!
1. I love the name

2. yeah ur write

3. buy alot of onezies and jackets and pants, buy rattle and stuff that lights up and makes noise, bottles and lots of binkies they are open and after you open them it looks like its gone then

good luck
